Founded on Integrity and Discipline
SoBran was founded in August 1987, in Dayton, Ohio, by CEO Amos Otis, a former U.S. Air Force crew commander. Originally certified under the Small Business Administration 8(a) program as a small disadvantaged business in April 1990, SoBran successfully graduated from the program in 1999. Today SoBran is 800 employees strong with more than $61 million in annual revenue. The company has been named to the Inc 5000 list of growing companies for three consecutive years.
SoBran is ISO 9001:2008 certified . This discipline extends to strict code of conduct agreed to by every employee. In addition, SoBran employees are highly trained and educated, with SoBran supporting the studies of about 10% of the workforce each year.
