Linda Vista Project
SoBran contributes to the Linda Vista, an organization to end homelessness among women in the Dayton, Ohio area. Linda Vista provides housing and teaches self-sufficiency to homeless women ready for change for themselves and their children. http://www.lindavistaproject.org/

SoBran's Tom Bauer is a National Kidney Foundation ambassador for 2011 and a Champion for Life Nominee. The National Kidney Foundation seeks to prevent kidney disease, improve the health and well-being of individuals and families affected by the disease, and increase the availability of all organs for transplantation. http://www.kidney.org/
Historically Black Colleges and Universities
Mr. Otis has a long-standing commitment to support Historically Black Colleges and Universities, and frequently mentors and assists small disadvantaged businesses and entrepreneurs hoping to launch small business enterprises.

SoBran/Scoman Educational Scholarship Endowment
In 2003, Mr. Otis established the SoBran/Scoman Educational Scholarship Endowment at Tennessee State University. http://www.tnstate.edu/
Brenda Otis-Lee Educational Scholarship Fund
Mr. Otis established the Brenda Otis-Lee Educational Scholarship Fund at the St. Jude Educational Institute in Montgomery AL, providing educational support to disadvantaged minority students. http://www.stjudeei.org/
