SoBran is the nation's foremost provider of secure mail screening services. Under contract to numerous high-level government organizations, we currently screen an average of 280,000 letters and parcels each month.

US Department of Defense Pentagon Mail Facility:

SoBran, as a subcontractor to ICI, LLC, screens all letters, flats, parcels and packages delivered by the US Postal Service and commercial carriers. We provide receiving, screening, storage and accountability, quality control, and HAZMAT response protocols for the Pentagon mail handling facility. Our thoroughly screened and trained staff complete physical inspections and use state-of-the-art technology to screen for potential hazards to ensure the safety of all items prior to their transfer or dissemination within the Pentagon.

High Level Government Secure Mail Facility:

SoBran developed and operates a prototype "turn key" mail processing facility. We provide project staffing, train employees and government personnel in all aspects of facility operations and maintenance, and continuously revise processes and procedures to improve quality and reduce cost. SoBran completed all start up activities and passed a critical certification test well ahead of the client's required schedule for this complex project, and implemented a QA/QC program that has a performance threshold of zero defects. We process mail in several buildings, and provide continuing support for facility assessment and upgrades. Our services include evaluating, recommending and managing installation of new Chem-Bio detection systems, including air handling equipment, sensors, detectors, and monitoring and analytical equipment. We also streamline and improve efficiency of operations by installing, monitoring and operating equipment such as comprehensive bar-code tracking scanners and software, and alternative technologies.
