SoBran provides clients with a wide range of program management support, from strategic planning and analysis to financial/budget services, and conference planning and logistics, and correspondence and file management.

SoBran provides information collection, analysis, database management, planning, programming, budgeting and report preparation services to support of a multimillion dollar budget process that impacts the availability of new chemical defense equipment for US troops. We perform data collection and reporting to support preparation of the Program Objective Memorandum, and support reprogramming analyses by advising on the ramifications of reallocating funds and resources. We analyze funding impacts and assist in decision-making regarding requests for release of funding. We maintain civilian, military and contractor manpower databases and provide information to establish and validate personnel requirements. We collect and analyze data on financial obligations and expenditures and report on each project's financial execution monthly, with recommendation for improvement.
