SoBran is delighted to announce that Wondimu Nida has been chosen as this past quarter’s recipient of the Employee of the Quarter Award (January – March 2025).
Wondimu works as an Animal Care Technician II – Floater in SoBran’s BioScience Division. His animal research site is in the Atlanta, Georgia area. During this past quarter, his performance has been outstanding and well representative of SoBran.
During this period, Wondimu’s team expressed their appreciation of his dependability and willingness to assist in any way that he can. His attention to detail and consistent adherence to the site’s policies and procedure were admired by his peers. His exceptional skill set was highlighted during his transition from non-human primate responsibilities to small animals. Wondimu accepted and performed his new responsibilities with efficiency and precision. Wondimu is respected by his coworkers, as well as our clients for his desire to continually enhance his ability to provide the highest level of animal welfare. He has proven to be an asset to our team!

In recognition of his outstanding performance, dedication, and professionalism, Wondimu will receive a plaque, $250.00 Visa card, and one paid day off.
In addition, Wondimu’s selection makes him eligible for the 2025 Employee of the Year Award. As a reminder, the recipient will receive $1000.00 and a plaque recognizing their selection. Only those employees selected as Employee of the Quarter during the 2025 calendar year will be eligible.
