Director, Engineering and Logistics

Since joining the SoBran team in 2007, Rich has provided senior-level leadership, achieving operational efficiencies for engineering services, logistics, supply chain management, mail screening/security, financial services, and acquisition services for major clients.

Rich leads SoBran’s signature in-depth architecture to enhance business capabilities and quality. He oversees project lifecycle processes from initial strategic analysis, planning, capture, conceptual design, and technical development through implementation, test driving, and finalization.

Prior to joining SoBran, Rich was an officer in the U.S. Air Force for over a decade. He received a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and History from the University of Iowa. He is a member of the Air Force Association, the National Defense Industrial Association, the Logistics Officer’s Association and the American Society for Industrial Security.

Will Hobbs

Director, Special Projects

Will has been with SoBran since 2011. He is a former U.S. Marine, a 25-year veteran of the U.S. Secret Service and has over 32 years of Federal Government service. He began his career as an officer in the Secret Service Uniformed Division. He later served as a supervisory special agent on both Senator Hillary Clinton’s and Senator Barak Obama’s 2008 presidential campaigns. In 2010, while assigned as the Special Agent in Charge of the Secret Service's Special Services Division, Will received Senior Executive Leadership (SES) certification after completing the Department of Homeland Security’s two-year SES Developmental Program. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from George Mason University and a Masters of Arts degree in Human Resources Training and Development from Seton Hall University.  He is a member of the Association of Contingency Planners, National Organization Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE), Association of Former Agents of the US Secret Services and American Society for Industrial Security.
