SoBran is delighted to announce that David Do has been chosen as this past quarter’s recipient of the Employee of the Quarter Award (October – December 2023).
David works in the IT Department at SoBran’s federal government property reutilization and disposal site. During this past quarter, he performed well beyond his normal duties by scanning hundreds of inbound electronic equipment components into the client’s inventory system in preparation for required testing. David was described by his coworkers and client as a dependable, customer-focused professional who would not hesitate to assist his teammates and take the initiative to address operational issues. David maintains a team focus, always prioritizing his work to benefit the overall efficiency of the warehouse, not just himself. Due to his consistent desire to improve upon his skills, as well as share his knowledge with his coworkers and others, David is well respected by his peers and client staff.

In recognition of his outstanding performance, dedication, and professionalism, David will receive a plaque, $250.00 Visa card, and one paid day off.
We are so proud to have David as a member of the SoBran team. We certainly hope he continues the outstanding work in the years to come.
In addition, David’s selection makes him eligible to be considered for the 2023 Cindy Carmichael Employee of the Year Award. The Employee of the Year selection will be made and announced within the next weeks. As a reminder, the recipient will receive a check for $1000.00 and a plaque recognizing their selection. Only those employees selected as Employee of the Quarter during the calendar year will be eligible.
