I am writing to announce the initiation of a SoBran Employee of the Quarter Program (EQP) to begin July 1, 2022. All full-time and part-time regular employees with one (1) year of service with SoBran are eligible to participate in the EQP. An employee (non-manager) may be designated as employee of the quarter only once during a calendar year.
The EQP recognizes one non-management employee each quarter. Nominations for the award may be submitted by any non-management employee using the nomination form available from their program or project manager, as well as SoBran’s website. Nominations should be based on excellent job performance, promoting a pleasant working environment, dependability and/or innovation during the quarter for which the award is to be given (additional suggested criteria, as well as detailed EQP information is linked below).
The selected employee of the quarter will be recognized on SoBran’s website.
