We recently had the honor of recognizing the retirement of one of our most dedicated employees. On May 31, 2023, Project Manager Cindy Carmichael officially retired from SoBran, after serving 19 years, eight of those years as project manager at our federal government mail screening site. As a token of our appreciation for Cindy’s devotion to SoBran’s mission, as well as her consistent desire to improve her performance and enhance those around her, Mr. Otis and I are announcing the initiation of The Cindy Carmichael Award.
The award will be presented annually in the month of December. The recipient will receive a check for $1000.00 and a plaque recognizing their selection. Only those employees selected as the Employee of the Quarter during the calendar year will be eligible. The EQP Committee will make the selection for this award and the selected employee will be recognized on SoBran’s website.
